Koriyama, Fukushima, Japan｜麺屋かわせみ

It's a ramen shop that I've been interested in for a while, and I saw it on Google Maps and wanted to stop by, so I visited (23/9/14). The wife was very personable, and the owner seemed to be first class. First, I ordered chashu noodles (7 pieces) and a curry that met everyone's rating. It comes in about 15 minutes with a nice smell. The steam filled with the aroma of pork soaked in pork, and it smelled so good that I would have felt like an idiot if it didn't taste good. I took a sip of the soup and said, "It's delicious!!" It went down my throat better than the chashu noodles I had in Shirakawa. Gasoline is expensive, so I thought it would be better to go here than to go all the way to Shirakawa. Both the noodles and spinach are delicious. The chashu was also thick and delicious. The fact that the curry also contains stewed meat in the form of fibers is a big plus. I felt very satisfied and full. Next time, I want to try miso too.

This is a store I've been curious about for a long time. I came to the store for the first time with my child. I ordered soy sauce ramen and a small curry. It was even more delicious than I imagined! There's something nostalgic about ramen, and the soup is always hot and delicious! Some reviews said that it had a strong taste, but personally, it was so delicious that my kids even drank the soup over and over again! The curry also has the perfect amount of spice! The store staff is also nice! I'll visit you again!

Visited twice after becoming a kawasemi. Both the soy sauce and miso are strongly seasoned, but I ate it all the way through while remembering the nostalgic old days (laughs). The store clerk was also friendly and I thought it was comfortable. I will go again.
