More Comments at Google MapI was looking for a nighttime Kitakata ramen shop around here and found this one🍜 I got the soy sauce ramen. I wasn't really hungry, but the Kitakata Ramen was amazing. It was very light and delicious 😋 At first, I thought we had done it with zero customers, but more and more customers came later. My parents also said it was delicious. I think it is recommended for people who like light foods 🙆🏻
I ordered the soy sauce ramen ginger set for 1100 yen. There were quite a few customers in the store, but the ordered item arrived in about 5 minutes. Ramen is simply delicious! There are many people's opinions, but I like the simple, old-fashioned taste. It's a bit salty, but it's good for people who work outside! The chashu had a traditional feel, and the menma was soft and delicious. The noodles are curly and the soup is delicious. The ginger grilled dish has 10 pieces of pork ribs on top, making it more voluminous than it looks, and the sweet sauce and ginger accentuate the rice. We'll be happy to visit you again when we're nearby!
Thin cutlet set soy sauce ramen 990 yen I came here after hearing rumors of a newly renovated ramen shop that was rumored to be good. The interior of the store is based on white, giving it a clean feel. It's friendly to bikers, and they have a shelf at the entrance where you can put your helmets and clothing. The menu has changed a bit due to the new opening, but the value for money remains the same. The soy sauce ramen has thick noodles that are typical of Kitakata ramen, and the taste of the soup seems a little different, but I like it because it has an original feel. The light cutlet also has a crispy coating that goes well with rice. I thought the ramen and cutlet would be a little heavy, but they were thin so I finished them quickly. I heard that the miso flavor is also delicious, so next time I'll try the ramen set with gyoza.
