Please wait until the soba is ready! Fried soba sprinkled with salt is crunchy and delicious. There are 3 parking spaces, and it's a house and shop in a quiet residential area, so I think it would be difficult to park a large one-box vehicle. The 100 percent soba noodles and tempura are made with buckwheat flour from Kitakata Kumakura and are crispy. Today I ordered Tenmori Soba and was treated to coffee as well. I'm completely satisfied.

The fragrant and chewy 100% soba was the best class I have ever eaten. In addition, brown rice mochi is the most delicious with a taste that is not inferior to soba. The owner's customer service was polite and gentle, and the shop style using his home was relaxing in a calm atmosphere. It's a shop I want to go to every week if it's close.

This is a very nice soba restaurant tucked away in a residential area. I should have made it larger. Mochi too.
