Miharu, Fukushima, Japan｜TO-FU Café おおはたや

My first visit was with great friends. The Cafe serves delicious lunches and desserts too. I hope to visit again in the future.

I went in mid-July. I'm a little late in posting, but 💦 Looks like I ordered the salad udon with yuba 😅 (The name might be different 💦) The chewy udon noodles are filling, topped with yose tofu and fried vegetables, and served with tofu and sesame sauce. The soup was also delicious ☺️ Deep-fried tofu? It seems like there is something like that, so I think I'll order that next time. You'll have to wait a long time if you don't make a reservation! There was also a corner where you could take out food, and those who purchased it received a bag of okara for free. Since it was summer, I received it instead of an ice pack and ate it as a Japanese dish at night. It was rich and delicious.

I like the famous Miharu Triangle Fried Chicken, so I chose the Mame Lunch. Not just tofu, but salads, yuba, simmered dishes, natto, and soy milk. . . This is a lunch that you can enjoy both in appearance and taste. It was delicious and filled me up.
