Sukagawa, Fukushima, Japan｜Kanazawa-an

A shop in Sukagawa City where you can taste the taste of Aizu, herring soba. The taste of boiled herring was not too sweet, and I liked the texture. Of course, soba noodles are also delicious. It is a shop I want to visit again.

Kanazawa-an has a Japanese-style exterior, and the inside of the store has a ceiling display, making it look like an old folk house, and it is a very calm and wonderful building. The soba is hand-made, and the scent of the soba is faintly drifting, and the atmosphere and taste are the best 🙋

The staff is very kind and the soba is very delicious 😊 The sauce on the eel bowl is so delicious that I can't stop eating it with chopsticks! The soba soup served at the end of the meal is also delicious. It's delicious to drink as is, or mixed with soba soup!
