I visited Tokiwa to try local fish. I arrived just before 12:00 and didn't have to wait long to get in, but the place quickly filled up. I had the sashimi and fried chicken set meal, and it was very delicious. I think the fish were grunt, gurnard, flounder, and bonito, but the flounder was especially delicious! It's a complete knockout with a chewy texture that pushes back against your teeth and a flavor that spreads the more you chew. I thought the bonito had a rich flavor with no fishy smell. I would like to continue to enjoy Tokiwa things from time to time!

There is a parking lot in front of the store and a little further away, but there are not many parking spaces compared to the number of seats, so it may get crowded. It's a little difficult to park in front of the store. The inside feels very clean and has a nice feel. The menu includes daily specials, fried chicken, and seafood. When it comes to the fried chicken set meal, you can eat as much fried chicken as you like. Apparently they have a sushi menu, but they were limited to 10 sets and sold out. disappointing. The daily menu at this time is Boiled fish main + sashimi, fried chicken sub Sashimi main + fried chicken sub Fried chicken main + sashimi sub 3 types. The important taste was the freshness of the sashimi and the seasoning of the boiled fish. Fried chicken has a sweet taste. Considering the price, I think it's a great deal considering the large portion, which includes a small side dish, side soup, and dessert. No wonder it has such a good reputation. It's delicious. However, fried chicken has a sweet flavor, so you might get tired of pairing it with rice. I would like to visit again. Next time I want to try the limited sushi menu.
