I had been there before, so I went back to eat soba for the first time in a while. The soba noodles are delicious, and the grated daikon radish in the soba noodles is spicy and refreshing. I like the taste of mentsuyu and I always look forward to drinking it with sobayu♪ The taste of the deep-fried soba inari is just right, and the fried soba noodles inside add an accent and make it delicious as well. The entrance to the store from the road is quite narrow, so it can be difficult to get there with a large car. Oh, the dashimaki was also delicious with a gentle flavor♪

It was a delicious soba made by the owner. I received a three-course platter of soba with mustard seeds, lemon soba, and seiro.

I got the three-color soba. Three types of regular soba, lemon, and mustard. Both soba noodles are extremely thin. Regular soba noodles have a strong flavor that you can feel the umami of soba the moment you put it in your mouth. Next, lemon is a different kind that feels refreshing without the flavor of soba. It may be good when you want to feel refreshed in summer, but on the contrary, I wanted more regular soba. Finally, the mustard is the impression that if it is said to be the taste of mustard, this is mustard. This is not bad either, but the regular soba noodles are too good, so it will be better here. The dipping sauce has a mellow sweetness with no sharp points, which I like. Soba noodles, of course, go well with sobayu and are extremely delicious. There are 4 seats in the store, 2 seats at a table for 4 people and 2 seats in the tatami room. It seems that there are only two couples, but tempura is not on the menu, so soba is served quickly. The front of the shop is rich in nature, and there is an unmanned station "Eda Station" on the Ban'etsu East Line in the immediate vicinity. It was a good shop where you can enjoy the Showa retro atmosphere. It seems to be quite popular, so advance reservations are recommended.
