I visited for lunch on Saturday. It is a restaurant that offers set meals and set menus centered on soba and udon. Customers are almost full for lunch time. I ordered a set of katsudon and zaru soba noodles, and waited about 15 to 20 minutes before the food came out. The cutlet bowl has a large amount of meat for a set menu, a lot of onions, and plenty of soup. Soba is light in color. It was a very satisfying lunch both in quantity and taste.

Option, double shrimp tempura (lol) This is a soba restaurant with a Showa-era atmosphere located along the road on the outskirts of town. On weekday lunchtimes, it's crowded with locals and business people. The soba and rice bowl sets come in a variety of menus and combinations, and are voluminous. The cost performance is also good. My personal favorite is "Tempura Udon". This is a type of udon that you cannot find at other restaurants. In particular, the hand-made extra-thick noodles are characteristic, and the thickness is uneven and soft, so there are different tastes. The large shrimp tempura has a chewy texture and is delicious as it absorbs the batter and the soup. The well-balanced noodle soup is not too sweet and is very hot, so the tempura becomes soggy and the batter separates from the shrimp within a short amount of time. If you want to enjoy the crunchiness of tempura, you may want to eat it separately. Also, as you can see in the photo, you can have it made into a ``double shrimp tempura'' for an additional fee.

I visited on a Sunday around 11:30. By that time, the place was already close to full. I was lucky to be seated without waiting. I ordered a set of katsudon and zaru soba. Both the katsudon and soba are generous in quantity. ¥1050 is cheap. I feel like the soba noodles have a low percentage of buckwheat flour. But at this price, it's acceptable. I feel like I'm doing a good job of preventing infections. I would like to try other menu items next time. The eel bowl set is especially tempting. It's cheap.
