Didnt manage to try the food or wine here as we missed their opening hours. Sat outdoor with some takeouts, great atmosphere. We are not locals, the owner of the winery volunteeree to send us back to our hotel in Jozankei as we seemed to have missed the last bus back. Truely thankful and appreciative of the kind gesture 🙏

Dam curry and wine gelato are recommended. It has a nice atmosphere and is rich in nature right next to Mt. Hakken. It feels good to take a walk around after eating. There are two types of dam curry, pork and chicken. I made a pork curry that uses a special sausage. The name "Jozankei Dam Curry" is appropriate, and the rice that imitates the shape of Jozankei Dam is interesting. The amount of roux is also properly adjusted, and when you pour it in, it will flow from the dam at the end (laughs) The curry is very delicious, and you can also feel the flavor of red wine, making it a fashionable curry. It is also entertaining, very delicious, and repeats are guaranteed. Wine gelato is also recommended. Gelato with the aroma of wine.
