Purena-san is a Western food and gyoza restaurant. This is definitely the best gyoza and shumai I've had in the past few years. The meat is of good quality, juicy, and filled with flavor. Thin skin and perfectly browned. The red ginger gyoza was also very delicious. The shumai is also delicious. Excellent compatibility with sauce. In fact, the sauce is delicious. I think 1180 yen is reasonable as you can choose the amount of rice, a small side dish and a drink included! The owner's customer service is polite and pleasant. The one thing that degraded the atmosphere was the overall layout of the store and the weak relationship between each customer seat and the kitchen. It doesn't seem like a big problem. I wish I could go out for drinks if I was nearby. I'm really jealous of my neighbors who can drink beer with these gyoza.

Surprise! Young corn is so sweet! I was invited to offer seasonal and limited quantities. I also had Garisaba octopus wiener, and the octopus was fried. Crispy legs!
