Otaru, Hokkaido, Japan｜Sobagoya (buckwheat noodle)

This is a store I stopped by by chance. There are two people who look like an old couple, with the husband in the kitchen and the wife serving. You can feel the traditional Japanese style. I had kake udon and it came out very slowly. From the looks of it, it looks like they made the noodle soup as well. The taste is deep and different from the sweet, sweet taste you get on the market.

After the fourth time, I was finally able to eat it. At 12:30, the last soba! The soba noodles are hand-made and chewy, yet have a gentle taste. The personality of the store is out. It was a delicious soba that felt nostalgic and the claim of soba was gentle.

The soba and soup are delicious, but the best part is the owner's personality.
