More Comments at Google MapA "hidden" soba restaurant that I learned from a friend's introduction. The appearance of the shop, the tableware, and above all, the soba noodles are delicious. I also got the deep-fried tofu and camembert cheese tempura, and it was delicious! I never thought I could eat cheese tempura at a soba restaurant. It is understandable that there are quite a number of visitors despite it being a weekday. I want to come again.
It's a hidden soba restaurant with a great atmosphere. The food is also delicious. The parking lot is large.
It is located in a quiet location surrounded by ranches. The famous Northern Farm and Shadai Stallion Station are nearby. It's the perfect location to go out of your way to eat delicious soba. The store opens at 11 a.m., but since we arrived 20 minutes before that, we were ushered into a waiting room called a gallery instead of the usual tatami room. I thought we would have to wait here until the store opened, but they came to take our order right away and we ended up eating there even before the store opened. It was a very luxurious time to eat delicious soba alone in a quiet space. The most important part was the soba noodles, which had a rich flavor and a moderately chewy texture. The vegetable tempura was also very flavorful and delicious. I would definitely like to visit again.
