I stopped by on my way home from Kobushi no Yu at a restaurant directly managed by Hayakita Cheese Factory Yumeminsha. Luckily, I was able to sit down right away because it was before lunch. I was at a loss because all the menus looked delicious, but I ordered a set of mozzarella hamburger and camembert croquette (with rice, salad, and soup) and a milk-flavored soft serve for dessert after the meal. The ordered food arrived in no time. The hamburger steak is a perfect match between the richness of mozzarella cheese and the hamburger steak that is soft and full of umami juice, and it is really delicious. The croquettes are also delicious with camembert cheese coming out from the inside. The soft serve ice cream also had the flavor of milk and was light and delicious. The store clerk was also amiable and polite, and the customer service attitude was very good with efficient movement. After paying the bill, we stopped by the annexed store, and there are various products such as cheese products, whey pork products, cheesecake, pizza, and soft serve ice cream. I bought Caciocavallo cheese and Sake cheese for my home. If you have a chance to come to this area again, I would like to visit you again. When I entered the store, there were only a few people at the counter and about two groups of tables, so I was seated as soon as I entered the store, but it started to get crowded around 12:00, and it was a popular restaurant that quickly filled up. The tonkatsu set meal on the weekday lunch menu is 1,380 yen and includes a free drink. The pork cutlet is as thick as a pork cutlet specialty restaurant, and is expertly fried, and the sauce is rich in the flavor of ground sesame. We had a delicious lunch that came with a small side dish.
