A cafeteria located at Higashi Chitose Garrison East Shop (the shop with Lawson) It can also be used by people other than Self-Defense Forces personnel. It gets pretty busy during the lunch rush, but the store opens early and there are plenty of employees, so don't worry too much. Since the main customer base is Self-Defense Forces personnel, the portions are relatively large compared to the price. They also accept large portions of rice and side dishes, so if you go full, you will be forced to order a considerable portion. There are quite a few menu items so you won't get bored easily. Recommended is the one plate "Supakatsu" which has a ridiculous amount of curry, spaghetti, and pork cutlet. You will regret leaving Higashi Chitose Garrison without asking for this. It also operates a pub at night.
