[Maitake tempura] It's an order♪ This is delicious soba noodles.The noodles are thin but firm, and when you bite into them, they have a sweet aroma and have just the right amount of elasticity. The tempura is fried the way you like it, and it's light and irresistible. Sobayu is unparalleled and super rich! For dessert... [Soba pudding] This one is also delicious! The texture and texture is smooth, more similar to that of almond tofu than pudding, and the caramel gives it a sweetness that sticks to your tongue, while the roasted buckwheat adds a slightly bitter taste, making it a high-quality sweet. It's a nice looking shop. I was finally able to ask. Having said that, I can't help but feel like I'm late for the weekend, and by the time I arrived at 3pm, the limited menu was already sold out. Still, I was told that I could get new soba noodles, so I ordered a large serving of mori and maitake mushroom tempura. As with the shallow restaurants, the soup is good. The best part is that the soup stock has an elegant aroma that doesn't interfere with the flavor of the soba. New soba noodles have a rich aroma. Maitake mushroom tempura is a masterpiece. I love maitake mushrooms and order them here and there, but I was surprised by the volume (lol)

Entered the store at 10:00 on Saturday morning. There was only one other group of customers besides us. I ordered 100% soba, mountain wasabi soba, and summer vegetable tempura. This is a crunchy tempura that feels like a soba restaurant's tempura and is delicious. The soba was also strong and thick, and it was delicious ☺️ It was a nice service that coffee and soba tea were free.
