Great food, great service. Some dishes are very authentic, others lean towards a Japanese-esque flavour profile. All still delicious.

Very good popular chinese dishes such as jiaozi, dongporou,babaocai,spring roll,xiao long bao etc with reasonable prices.Relatively crowded even on weekdays.The staff is mainly chinese and they speak Japanese fluently.But I am not sure if they can speak English well.
