It's a ramen shop where I go to eat occasionally♪ In Tomakomai, which has a lot of richness, you can eat ramen with a light and elegant taste, which is rare. Every time I go, the store is bright and clean, and the service is wonderful! This time, I had the special dandan noodles and ojiya rice. There is richness in the light taste, and I was very satisfied even though I am a rich person. I was worried about whether to put the soup in the bowl or the rice in the ramen bowl. Well, I'm satisfied, I'm sure I'll be back soon!

The tantan noodles are rich but not too heavy. There is no guilt when you hear that it has a refreshing aftertaste, is additive-free, and has no excess fat. The spicy soy sauce is also refreshingly spicy. Soy sauce and boiled radish are the best! The char siu is soft and not greasy. My number one favorite ramen shop!

I had flat noodles with tonkotsu seiyu salt (salt ramen). 950 yen. I was at a loss as to what to say when ordering, but I was saved by a very polite customer service. It doesn't have any toppings, but the wonton has two kinds of char siu and flavored radish on the bottom. It seems that you can eat all the soup here.
