It is an open space with an atrium based on white. The round windows are also stylish, creating a cafe-like atmosphere. There are partitions between the counter seats and tables, so you can enjoy your time without worrying about the person next to you. Not only the soba noodles, but also the rice dishes that come with the set are delicious. The grated wasabi that came with it was very fragrant. The soba tea and soba soup were served in pots by the window, which was nice because you could self-serve and enjoy them at your own pace. I ate the ``Soba Flour Dorayaki'' sold at the cash register after I got home, and it was delicious.

At first, a friend took me to the Oji store because he thought the smoky-scented duck Tsukeiro was delicious, but the store is temporarily closed. So I checked that there was a branch in Takuyu, and found out that it was open today, so I drove there. When I looked at the menu, I saw the duck steamer, so I ordered that. What came was a regular duck tsukeiro rather than a smoky one, but it was still delicious! I love how there is a tub of hot water around the soup so that it doesn't get cold. It wasn't too sweet, it wasn't too spicy, it wasn't too strong, it wasn't too thin, it was right in the middle. The soba noodles are 100% better. You take the first bite without adding anything, but the rich aroma of the soba spreads through your mouth. Even when dipping it in the soup, it didn't lose its aroma, and I thought it had a nice soba aroma and a moist texture even though it was 100% soba, and the taste was wonderful. I also ordered a tempura platter as they seemed to sell tempura as well. It was lightly fried and crispy, so I can understand why they asked you to eat it with salt. It would be a shame if the batter became pliable after dipping it into the soup. Overall, it's no wonder that it's a popular store.

The new soba tempura was crispy and really delicious. You can also enjoy the different flavors of olive oil.
