Chitose, Hokkaido, Japan｜Hourin

Excellent Place, i stumbled upon it in my last night in japan. It made the trip to japan worthwild!

2021. Corona misfortune before mid-July. I feel like I've found a place where I can have a very nice Hokkaido-style meal in the middle of the city of Chitose where the shops aren't open. The shop was friendly and warm and easy to ask. There seemed to be a counter, but there was a private room and corona measures were taken, so I was able to use it with confidence. The food tastes great to me. I asked about the recommended menu for the summer, and ate chips <Himemasu> for the first time. In addition, the recommended ramen salad that the locals love to order is voluminous! The sashimi platter is freshly prepared. Both fish and shellfish were eaten perfectly. Atka mackerel is thin but has a lot of meat, and is fragrant, juicy, and delicious! If you can't decide which one to visit when visiting Chitose City, Hokkaido, I personally recommend "Japanese Restaurant Horin". Among the meals I ate in Hokkaido, it was particularly delicious. I want to go again when I come to Hokkaido and come to Chitose!

The raw lamb meat had no odor and was very delicious. Of course, the sashimi, Japanese black beef, and konbu shochu were also delicious.
