Pasta was delicious - noodles were fresh & al dente and the sauce rich. Pretty happy with our chancing upon this place!

We were staying in the hotel and popped down for dinner. It was the best pasta we have had in Japan so far! I had the creamy salmon and mushroom with spinach pasta. I really appreciated how chewy and pleasant the noodle textures were. We also had the cheese plate with prosciutto. I was happy with the variety of cheeses presented. It is hard to find cheese plates in Japan!

Located on the first floor of Hotel Yukita. As the name suggests, the pasta is very delicious. Homemade fresh pasta. The staff gave a detailed explanation of the dishes. In addition, each menu has a comment, making it easy to choose. There are also dishes using ingredients from Hokkaido and limited-time menus. I felt that it was very reasonable even though I was particular about it. The seasoning is heavy. In addition to pasta, there were many menus that match the main meat and other wines.
