A handmade soba restaurant located on the outskirts of Ebetsu. The reviews were highly rated, so I stopped by. Around 1pm on a weekday, there were about 3 groups of customers in the store. Inside the store, there are counter seats along the wall and table seats inside. Although the space is not very spacious, the log house store is stylish. This time I ordered burdock tempura and tsuketoro tempura. First, take a bite of soba without dipping it in. Made with 90% buckwheat flour, you can feel the flavor and firmness of buckwheat. The burdock tempura is also very delicious. It may be a bit unscrupulous, but I tried eating soba with a bit of burdock tempura salt instead of dipping sauce, and it was really delicious. What's more, the soba soup at the end was extremely delicious and very satisfying.
