It is said that it is operated only by a couple, and there is only one kind of soba set, but there is no problem at all. It was recommended to use coarse ground soba and 28 soba, and the owner recommended special salt for coarse ground soba. The coarsely ground soba had a good flavor, and the texture was chewy and very delicious. There are two types of soba soup and warm dipping sauce, soba miso, tempura (shrimp, eggplant, sweet potato) simmered burdock, and thick omelet. And almond tofu for dessert. I was satisfied with the quantity. It was a polite job, and it was a soba that conveyed the feeling that I want you to eat deliciously. Thank you for the meal.

I stopped by with my friend. I arrived an hour and a half before opening. So, I went to see the station mail across the street. The 30 minute explanation was easy to understand and fun. Today, the store was out of stock 30 minutes before opening. I was deeply moved by the taste of the soba, the atmosphere of the restaurant, and above all, the personality and consideration of the owner and his wife. For the first time in my life, I was deeply moved by eating soba noodles with salt! ️ I bought salt that was sold in front of the cash register on the way home. My friend who went with me was also impressed and bought two. I would like to go eat there again. Is it because there was a long queue before the store opened today, is your wife the receptionist? I learned about the store from a TV program and arrived an hour before it opened, but it was the third group. At 10:30, the customers for the day had already lined up, so the outside sign said "sold out". I came to the store with small children, but I was able to enjoy it by preparing a lot of soba cups and soba noodles so that I could eat them together.
