A friend brought me here saying, "There is a recommended udon restaurant." The boiling condition of udon is written on the menu table. It was a solid handmade udon, and when I asked for "normal (slightly hard)", it was a little harder than I expected, so it may be easier to eat "soft". The tempura was crispy and delicious, and when I added the plum sauce that changed the taste while eating, the freshness spread all at once, and I was very satisfied!

I've been curious about this udon restaurant for a while. I went there for the first time. It closes as soon as the noodles run out, so if you want to try it, it's best to go early. (It ends at 12:40 on the day I went) The inside of the store has a luxurious feel, with the use of wood. You can choose the hardness of the noodles from 6 levels. I ordered tempura udon. The noodles were chewy and delicious. The tempura was crispy. Although the price was a little high, it was a restaurant that I would want to go to again.

You can choose from 5 types of noodle hardness! The noodles are of course delicious, but the tempura is also delicious.
