My recommendation is grilled chicken plate. Reasonable lunch time menu is provided since 11:30 through 15:00. Big portion of rice is free. Three-hour drink bar is optional, including orange juice, coke, coffee, tea, and so on. Although they permit smoking inside, the room is completely separated and you don’t worry about secondhand smoke. Highly recommended for great lunch experience in Sapporo.

Love this place. Fantastic teishoku. I've only had the cheese hamburger, but it's SO good I only want to eat that when I have the chance to come here. Seriously, probably my favorite place to get a hamburger steak. Phenomenal. The lunch sets are a great deal, they run until 3 but I forgot the start time. Bigger rice portion is free of charge, too. You get the burger, rice, a salad, and some soup. Drink bar is optional. Highly recommend this place for quick, affordable, and delicious meals. Portions are hefty, too.

180 for unlimited drinks... not many in Japan...
