Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan｜Nagoyakatei Sakaedori 20-Chome

My all time favorite sushi place! Nagoyakatei is so far the best sushi place I've been in Japan. The staffs are very friendly. And they have a unique&lively atmosphere. There are table seats and counter seats, so it is possible to come alone too. At dinner time, there'll probably be a waiting time.

Delicious pork on rice restaurant. It's on the top floor. The queuing seats now have multi-lingual signs telling you to put your name down on the wait list. There are tables for groups of 2-4 but overall the shop is quite small so you might have issues with a large group. Single space counters are at the back. I went alone so there was barely any waiting. I'm not a huge pork fan but this was one of the nicest pork meals I've had. Price is pretty decent too and the convenient location means that it's handy if you don't have much time in Sapporo but still want to experience some kind of Hokkaido food.
