Soba no Aoi is a long-established soba restaurant located at the intersection of Nango-dori 13-chome street in Tsukisamu, Toyohira-ku. At lunchtime, the place fills up with regulars. The inside of the store is very large and there are many seats from small rises to tables, so I think you can get a seat relatively quickly even when it is crowded. This time, I received a limited number of "Inarizushi Soba Set" from the lunch menu, which was 900 yen including tax. You can choose hot or cold soba. Topped with large shrimp tempura and boiled spinach. The taste of soba-yu came out well and I was able to eat it deliciously until the end.

The shrimp in the tempura bowl was big and delicious. The soba was chewy and delicious.

It's very delicious, so I've been there several times. I only eat morisoba, but the soba is solid, goes down well, and is delicious. Is it too much? I think. Even if you don't have to ask each time, you can bring soba water, so it is highly rated as a soba lover.
