It was a good shop where you can feel the genes of Ajino Jumbo and make what the young general wants to do. There is no menu, so it's better to make a reservation first and discuss how much you want to eat with just rice, how much with sake, and so on. Please. My base job is cooking, but I create from there! It is a lineup of products that you can feel the spirit of. It's a minus that smoking is allowed, but the customer next to me asked me if it was okay to smoke, so I didn't feel bad. I will go again.

Available for dinner in the evening. Currently, it is open by reservation only, and it was comfortable and private. I got it on the Omakase course. We were able to enjoy creative dishes made with plenty of seasonal ingredients. It was a unique item and I received a lot of them. The whiskey lineup was quite impressive, including Hibiki, Yamazaki, Taketsuru, and Hakushu. The owner has experience in Australia and seems to be good at hosting foreigners.
