When you consider bang for the buck, you can’t beat Jolly Pasta. Our pizza was crispy and perfect and our pastas were both very good. Each entree was less than ¥800 and well worth it! Service was friendly and the dining room was large, including private booths. Limited free parking adjacent to the restaurant. Recommended for an inexpensive western lunch!

Good for lunch on weekdays. At lunchtime, you can also drink delicious soup. Water is also self-service. I can only go once in a while, so I end up asking too much.
