The proprietress is from Taoyuan. She has been in Japan for more than 50 years. She cooks it to order. She ordered shredded pork with green pepper (super delicious), sweet and sour pork (pork that melts in your mouth), and dumplings. It was a taste of home while driving in Hokkaido at night. It’s the sweet and sour taste that I’ve been missing since I returned to Taiwan.

The fried rice, fried noodles with sauce, gyoza, and mapo tofu were all extremely delicious. I think it would be difficult to find one even in Tokyo. This is the best Chinese restaurant that I can confidently recommend to others.

Gyoza, boiled dumplings, xiao long bao, mapo tofu, green pepper meat, fried oysters from Hiroshima, appetizer of zha cai, bottled beer (Asahi), all of them were delicious! If you don't like spicy food, the mapo tofu and green pepper meat paste may be spicy because they are made with Japanese pepper and chili pepper. By the way, my mom said that the seasoning of green pepper meat and hot pot meat is the same! Mom is making it by herself, so it takes some time... Recommended for those who have plenty of time to relax! The prices are normal and not cheap, but I think it's cheap considering the atmosphere of the restaurant, the mom's personality, and the taste of the food! This is a shop that is guaranteed to be your favorite! (^-^) It seems like Tuesday is a regular holiday. It looks like there will be irregular holidays around the holidays.
