A hidden Chinese restaurant located behind (?) the Self-Defense Forces garrison. I've been aware of its existence for a long time, and although I've passed it many times, it didn't affect the timing of my meal, so it was my first visit. First of all, the entrance is hard to find (laughs). It was not directly connected to the street outside, but it was a style where you first entered the building and then had an entrance to the shop. While wondering about the various lunch menus, I intuitively felt that mapo tofu was recommended, so I made a set of mapo tofu and green pepper meat string. I really like the taste of mapo tofu with a strong Sichuan pepper. The green pepper meat is also crispy and delicious! . It was a very satisfying lunch even though I half regretted that I should have made a large serving of rice. The noodle menu that the neighbor was eating looked delicious, so I'm already asking about the timing of my next visit, such as noodles next time.

When I entered the store, I was relieved that the infection control measures were solid. Ordered "Mabo tofu" and "Green pepper meat string" in the lunch set. The food that came out is quite a presentation! The green pepper meat was a little light and unsatisfactory, but it seemed perfect for the CEO at home. Mapo tofu is full of Japanese pepper as you know! In your mouth, you will be ripped off. Personally, I thought it would be more delicious if it was a little sweeter, but I was tempted by the stimulation and ate it up in no time! Thank you for the meal!
