Delicious and warm home-cooked food and a kind and friendly mother I arrived at Tomakomai on the overnight ferry and headed here immediately after arriving at the hotel. In the atmosphere of an old-fashioned set meal restaurant, we enjoyed fresh Matsusawa flounder, flavorful oden, and the famous surf clam curry. The draft beer also rotates quickly and is often washed, so it was very delicious. My mom and the guests were kind, and it was a good start to my first day in Hokkaido.

I came to Hokkaido for sightseeing. I happened to be staying in Tomakomai and was looking for a restaurant nearby, and it was open so I stopped by. Inside the store, an old lady was working alone, He was a very kind and friendly person. The food was homely and heartwarming, and although I didn't think it was a fancy place, I definitely want to visit this restaurant when I come to Tomakomai again.
