More Comments at Google MapThe chicken melts off the bone. When they say soft meat on the menu, they’re not joking around! Generous portions too, I ordered myself a smaller thing of rice and I still couldn’t finish everything. The vegetables as well as the chicken had the broth seeped into it for an explosion of flavor. It was a sweet little find in an unassuming place in Ebetsu and I highly recommend it to anyone in the area. only about three parking spots in the front of the restaurant though so keep in mind when visiting during a rush!
Many different types of curry, all delicious
The special feature is that you can choose the soup and spiciness, such as Furano's standard soup or Maniac soup! I'm not a soup curry expert, but this was the most satisfying soup curry I've ever had! I had some business with relatives in Oyachi, so I visited with my sister on the way back. As it is Furanoya, the building looks like a log cabin, which is typical of Furano. The inside of the restaurant has several tables and a small raised tatami room. The feature here is that you can choose from several types of soups, including Maniac Soup Hula's standard soup, shrimp soup, and coconut soup. There are 10 levels of spiciness, with levels 7 and above being extremely spicy. This time, I ordered the tender bone-in chicken soup curry from Date for 1,430 yen! Apparently the soup is made to order, so it takes a while. The soup curry is ready in about 10 minutes! The curry is topped with soup and has a very nice visual appearance! The presence of chicken is also quite noticeable! The garnish is turmeric rice, a soup curry restaurant standard. It's also a nice golden color. The one I ordered this time was level 4, and it's quite spicy! The combination of spices and soup makes it very delicious! If you eat it with turmeric rice, you'll be fine. I also make spice curry at home, but I can never get this kind of deliciousness. The chicken was cooked in a pressure cooker, so the meat really fell apart in your mouth. The fried vegetables are not too oily and go well with the spices of the curry!I don't usually eat rice, but it was easy to finish! It's far from the center of Sapporo, so you won't be able to visit it without a car, but if you're driving, it's definitely a store you should stop by. The parking lot is narrow so be careful!
