I ordered the miso ramen with roasted sesame. I was very happy to try this miso ramen with a slight enhancement from the sesame. I liked that the noodle texture was slightly hard but softened as time went on. The miso flavor was quite strong and had a heavy flavor. It was a very good ramen, but personally not one that I could enjoy daily due to the strong flavor. It is definitely worth a try if you are in Sapporo! The staff were very friendly, and there was also an English menu. The smell of the restaurant was very fragrant while the food was being prepared! Thank you!

Our first ramen in Hokkaido and it was stellar. Perfect after a walk in the freezing cold - unique flavours, delicious pairing of ingredients and overall and phenomenal meal. The venue was very cozy, staff very helpful, despite not knowing english and the food came out very quickly. Highly recommend!

Super tasty ramen place near Nijo market! First of all, this place was not very crowded compared to other ramen places. Thanks to the spacious interior, you can enjoy your ramen very pleasantly. No need to wait in lines! They serve an unique style of shoyu ramen, whose ingredients are stir fried and then added to the soup. Spicy miso ramen is full of mara-flavors, which made me sweat! Very impressive! I strongly recommend changing the ordinary chashiu to supreme one. The price is very reasonable and so many options are available! If you enjoyed your bowl of ramen, you can buy an instant ramen noodle at the casher counter. I heard it’s exclusive in this place!!!
