This is soul food for people of all ages, mainly Hiroshima people in their 40s. I often used it on dates when I was a student. Even the Oska (single item) comes with the famous onion salad. The acidity was modest, the texture was crunchy, and the bonito flakes and exquisite dressing remained the same as before. At Resort Al Al, before the rice gratin arrives, we always have a conversation like, ``I wonder how they're going to make this onion salad.'' The recipe was generously written on the blackboard. Should I cool it down and put it in cold water? It's the same principle as green peppers... The main dish, the rice gratin, was definitely the best. A taste of youth. This is a store that I would like to continue using.
