Tsuyama, Okayama, Japan｜Bocci

There are no English menus but the staff speaks some English. Food is incredible and is a very modern experience, would highly recommend.

Today is my second visit in several years. Previously, I couldn't reserve a counter seat, so I had to sit at a table, and the meat was a little unsatisfying, not piping hot, not tasty, and the grilled seafood was like stir-fried vegetables. I was able to reserve a counter seat today. We were able to talk about various things while watching the performance, and the food was delicious due to the chef's friendly and warm personality. We added grilled seafood to the bocce course, which has been upgraded from last time. The meat was half sirloin and half fillet. The meat was extremely tender and had a sweet taste, and was served with rock salt, wasabi, and moromi soy sauce, along with garlic slices. They are all delicious. I had the grilled seafood with soy milk mayonnaise and ponzu sauce. This was my first time trying soy milk mayonnaise, but it was very delicious. They even taught me how to make soy milk mayonnaise. The grilled vegetables are also carefully grilled and lightly seasoned with salt and pepper, topped with Kanayama miso? I received it at The steak, grilled seafood, and grilled vegetables that I ate while enjoying the real pleasure of being grilled and eating right away in front of the iron plate were all really delicious. And finally, my first time with beef shigureni chazuke. This is my first time having it, but the sweet and salty beef ochazuke served with bonito stock is a bit addictive. This time it was ten times more delicious than the first time. It was absolutely amazing! I'll visit you again.

It's a sister store of TERRA (I don't know if that's the right way to call it). I ordered the chef course for 8,800 yen, but I had a wonderful night with more than the price of the food and the hospitality of the staff. Papa was even more satisfied with the addition of meat and the change of the last rice to curry. The first cocktail I had was a seasonal limited cocktail, stylish and with lots of strawberries, it was very delicious. The meat was really soft, and it was seasoned with salt, lemon, and so on. The last dessert, it looks like a hamburger, It was cute. All of them were delicious and I enjoyed eating them. thank you very much. It's been two years since I moved to Tsuyama, and there are so many wonderful shops that I can't decide where to stop next time I visit.
