Hors d'oeuvres, soups, breads, main dishes, and desserts are all delicious. All of the dishes are elaborate and the attention to detail in ingredients and cooking methods is amazing! The chef's explanations are also interesting. The meat I chose for lunch this time was truly the best. This is 2000 yen, which is a great value! It's not that big, so it's probably best to make a reservation. (At that time, lunch was 2,000 yen, but now the price has increased to about 3,800 yen. It's delicious, but I can't say it's cost-effective anymore.)

I stopped by for lunch. Reservations are required. It's a 2,000 yen course, and you can choose between fish or meat as your main dish. I chose the meat that the chef had a long explanation about. I got so caught up in the chef's conversation that I ended up ordering a drink that I hadn't planned on ordering. As a result, it was a very correct answer. All the food and hospitality is great. It was supposed to be a good day, but it unexpectedly turned out to be one of the best. It's such a wonderful shop. I didn't know there was such a good store in Toyohashi. I'd like to use it a lot from now on, even if it's not just an anniversary. The chef speaks well and you can learn a lot, and the food tastes even better when you eat with knowledge. I was looking for a store like this. It's a very nice store, so you'll feel better if you dress up a little more than if you go in jeans and sneakers.

It had been moved. The new store has a calm interior. The kitchen and the audience seats are closer together, I also had more conversations with the chef. The food is still of a high standard, I was able to enjoy the dishes that showed the chef's passion.
