Last night, I enjoyed gibier cuisine at 34Diner, a gibier restaurant located in the Hamamatsu city area. Deer and boar dishes with no odor are very delicious. It was great with drinks and great music. The cost is about 6,800 yen per person. This is a store I've been interested in for a while. It was more moving than I expected. Recommended shops

I visited again at the end of May. Assorted appetizers, deer tartare, marinated mushrooms, and two craft beers cost about 7,000 yen. The tartar was different from what I expected, but it was a new discovery. The portion is quite voluminous. --- I visited on a Saturday in March. I came here because I was curious about game meat, and it was very delicious. I especially liked the deer bacon appetizer, which had a strong wild flavor and was the first time I had tried it. The boar rillettes had a rich flavor, and the roasted fat was crispy and not at all bitter. I also really liked the gooey texture of the Basque cheesecake, which was seasoned with gorgonzola and salty. They have a strong selection of craft beers and other items, and they seem to be constantly changing them. The customer service was at a reasonable distance, and the atmosphere was such that you could concentrate on the taste without feeling like you were busy with your hands. The appetizer and drink set, cheesecake, grilled vegetables, roasted boar, craft beer, and glass of wine cost just about 10,000 yen. It was so delicious that I would like to come again.
