Shizuoka, Japan｜ハラグチ ル・レストラン

This is my first time writing a review online, and I genuinely believe this place deserves high praise. The moment you step inside, you're embraced by a calm and soothing atmosphere. The chef and staff effortlessly create a comfortable environment that puts you at ease, making the whole experience exceptional. We decided to try the lunch set A, along with an extra serving of their delicious 10 vegetable soup. The timing between each dish was perfect, allowing us to enjoy the flavors without feeling rushed. The presentation was lovely, with warm plates that made the food even more appealing. The soup was a revelation—it arrived piping hot and awakened our taste buds. Every spoonful was a delightful journey of wholesome goodness. Now, let's talk about the main courses: the Wagyu beef and the chicken. The Wagyu beef was of exceptional quality and left a lasting impression on our taste buds. However, the real surprise came with the chicken dish. The meat was incredibly juicy, bursting with unexpected flavor that tantalized our senses. And when we cut into the chicken, it was so tender that it bounced back. It was truly one of the best chicken dishes I've ever had the pleasure of tasting. This experience has made a lasting impact on me, and I'll definitely make it a priority to visit again when I return to Japan.

We took a drive from Tokyo to HARAGUCHI le restaurant in Shizuoka, which has been awarded a Michelin star for four consecutive years. The smoked Fujinomiya trout was exquisite and went great with the white wine! The only disappointing thing was that the soup was cleaned up before I finished drinking it (tears).I was so embarrassed that I couldn't say ``I'm done with it yet.''I was confused (lol)Also, I wish I had added more butter. But it was truly the best French food I've ever eaten!

Taste, atmosphere, customer service... As far as I can think of, there's a French restaurant that surpasses this one. I don't know about it in the streets of Shizuoka. This restaurant is perfect for special occasions such as entertainment, anniversaries, etc. When you talk to the chef, garcon, and sommelier, they will tell you more than you expected. The atmosphere is tense, but the people are warm. Nice shop.
