I chose this restaurant for my family's birthday dinner. The location is at the corner of the Mabuchi 4-chome Higashi intersection on the Maruko-Ikeda Line. I think it's easy to understand. Since I had ordered the anniversary course when making my reservation, the menu was already placed on the table. It was 7pm on a Monday night, and our family seemed to be the only customers. The top dish that was served with great skill was the onion panna cotta. This dish is elaborate and delicious! This dish instantly raised my expectations for the restaurant. Next up is the vegetable palette, which is colorful and fun just to look at. Next, the highlight of this course was the foie gras beignets and cheese risotto, which were incredibly delicious. I heard that the main meat was sirloin from New Zealand, and it was delicious. Dessert was also sufficient, and although the quantity was a bit unsatisfactory, it was more than enough for elderly people. Recipes are easy to come by these days, and I think every family's cooking repertoire has expanded considerably, but when someone serves a dish of this caliber, I honestly take my hat off, thinking that it would be impossible for an amateur to do it. This is a store I would like to visit again.
