I went there for the first time in about 20 years, and I was impressed by the same taste and atmosphere. The Kuroge Wagyu beef fillet was so juicy that I thought, ``Wait, is this a fillet? ? ” I was surprised when I tasted it. What do you usually eat thinking it's fin? The high-quality oil spread in my mouth, and even though I don't like fatty meat, I enjoyed it with the wasabi garlic soy sauce. I'm a good eater, but I found it difficult to eat a 150g course, so I asked my younger brother, who is growing up, to help me with the meat. I think next time I'll try a 100g or smaller course to enjoy appetizers and grilled vegetables. It was so neatly packed that I didn't notice it just by looking at it. The potatoes were hollowed out, mashed, and seasoned! That's probably why it melted in my mouth when I took a bite! I was once again impressed by the attention to detail. The appetizer terrine was really beautiful and he said the escargot was a little creamier than the French style. When you think of escargot, you think of it being soaked in oil, but it looked and tasted more like basil cream sauce. I ended up trying wine and bread for the first time. And the entertainer nature of the chef is even greater than I remember from my childhood. (It's really amazing to surpass the glorified memories of childhood) He made fun puns and unexpected English at an extremely fast pace, making me laugh the whole time. And even though it's a restaurant for such a special day, what I love about Le Serre is that there's no atmosphere that makes you feel like you're straining your shoulders and making your back muscles stiffen...😂. The atmosphere of the staff and the person who will guide you around is a warm woman who looks like the proprietress of an inn. The staff created the best possible environment for family conversations and enjoying the meat. It doesn't have the solemn feel of modern teppanyaki in Tokyo, and it's like, ``Ah... yesterday was delicious.'' It was a dream-like time.'' This is a shop that will make you feel happy the next morning. Oh, the caramel ice cream after the meal is also delicious, so I recommend leaving some room in your stomach to enjoy it until the end 🍨

Visited for the first time in over ten years. I don't mean this in a bad way, but I was happy to see the atmosphere as it was back then. The quality of the steak is good, and the side dishes are also good. If you love Le Serre, the steak sauce is still delicious. It was a great satisfaction.

It's been about 10 years, but the food, service, and performance were great🈵I had a luxurious time.
