I visited after hearing about the pudding and had salmon carbonara and pudding. The carbonara has a nice texture with the smooth sauce and crunchy onions, and the richness of the sauce goes well with the flavor of the salmon. The pudding was hard, yet soft and melty.It was a delicious pudding as rumored.The richness of the egg and the bittersweet caramel were a perfect match! The menu is extensive and everything except drinks is labeled with photos so it's easy to understand.

The pasta is chewy and hard. The taste and quantity of ingredients are the best. Enjoy it slowly and then move on to the main event, the pudding. When you put the pudding in your mouth, which sits solidly on the plate and has firm edges, it has a texture as thick as a cheesecake, and then melts into pieces. I'll definitely sell this. It was a happy time.

Since Christmas is a holiday and I have a child, I went there on the 23rd to express my gratitude to my wife. It gets crowded around midnight, so I think it's better to make a reservation. You can take the pudding home for ¥500 each, so there were many customers who came just for the pudding. I'm glad that the customer service was polite and I had a good time, and that my wife was very happy. If you're having trouble finding lunch around the Faculty of Medicine, I highly recommend this restaurant.
