Visit the old private house Shima 350 along National Route 175 in Nishiwaki City! ! They have both standard and creative pizzas, and this time I ordered the pizza lunch set for 1,650 yen with a drink. For the lunch set, choose pizza, and it comes with mini soup and mini plate. Choose from two flavors: chicken pizza and apple pizza. The chicken pizza had mayo sauce, black shichimi chicken, and yuzukosho chicken, and I personally liked the yuzukosho side. I enjoyed the apple pizza as a dessert with custard sauce, apples, maple syrup, and cinnamon. I'm interested in other menu items, so I would like to visit again for lunch. Cars could not enter from the back, so please enter from along Route 175.

I ate the classic margherita and berry and custard pizza. I know it sounds stupid, but it's so delicious!!! The pizza dough is a slightly thinner and crispy type. Margherita has a good balance between the deliciousness of the toppings and the freshness, and it simultaneously refreshes the palate, which tends to get heavy with cheese. The aroma of the dough, the umami and rich texture of the cheese, the sour, refreshing and richness of the tomatoes, and the light flavor of the basil... It's like a story where the supporting characters perform as well as the lead roles. This is seriously off-topic...It was so good that my vocabulary skyrocketed... When I ate the tomato salad, I realized that the tomatoes themselves are really good. It was a pizza that everyone who loves tomatoes should definitely try. Berry and custard pizza is a warm dessert (?) pizza. The baked custard is very sweet, but the berries add a refreshing taste and it doesn't feel too sweet!! As with the previous Margherita, I thought the use of sourness was really good. Even after baking, the sourness doesn't go away, so even with the heavy toppings, all that remains in your mouth is the rich flavor and the honest feeling that you want to eat another one! This is a talented pizza shop that you wouldn't expect from its Japanese-style exterior. The calm interior of the store was beautiful and clean, and I felt comfortable. I will go again!! I overlooked it once and passed by it, but it's an old folk house with a nice appearance. It was right next to a gas station. It is run by a very cute couple. I had tomato salad, prosciutto, and salmon pizza, and I was really impressed by how delicious and reasonably priced they all were (☆∀☆) Cutlery, cold drinks, habaneros, etc. are gathered on a table near the entrance and are self-service. There are two types of habanero that you can enjoy. The washrooms are separate for men and women, and are clean and safe for both children and the elderly to use. Credit card payment was OK. I especially liked the table, and he took the time to chat with me before leaving. This is a store that I would definitely like to visit again.
