The owner/chef trained at a restaurant featured in the MICHELEN Guide in France, and he opened the restaurant as a brasserie because he wanted people to enjoy authentic French cuisine in a casual manner. The lunch course meal was very delicious. I was impressed by how well prepared the food was for the price. Although there is only one chef, he is able to efficiently serve the courses without having to wait. Next time, I would like to enjoy delicious food and 🍷 in the evening.
