I had Christmas dinner here with my wife - nine courses of perfection. The best French meal I’ve had in Japan.

Visited for lunch on the weekend. The impression was that we were going to enjoy a long line of wines, but there were several types of sake available exclusively at Naohiko Noguchi Research Institute in Ishikawa Prefecture, and we ordered a variety of sake to try and compare, and all of them were delicious and matched well with all the dishes. All of the dishes were designed to go well with sake (or so I thought), so I enjoyed both wine and sake side by side. I would like to enjoy the food with sake the next time I go. All the dishes were full of seasonal ingredients, and the main dishes were hearty and satisfying in taste and quantity.

One of the best restaurants in this city. Here you can order traditional French dishes. All dishes are excellent and superbly tasty. Taste, price, service, place and establishment - everything is perfect. Chief, thank you very much!
