Our visit to this small and cozy restaurant after a day of travel was truly delightful. From the moment we stepped in, the Bosu and server greeted us with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality, setting the tone for a wonderful dining experience. Their attentive service and friendly demeanor made us feel right at home, and we even managed to capture a happy moment with the Bosu in a photo. Now, let's talk about the food – a delightful fusion of Japanese and Western flavors that left us craving for more. The hamburger steak was a highlight, prepared in the traditional way with a perfect balance of meatiness and moisture. Served sizzling hot on a bed of well-seasoned vegetables and rice, it was a true treat for the taste buds. The generous dollop of rich and flavorsome demi glaze sauce on top complemented the dish perfectly, elevating its taste to another level. Next up, the omurice – a Japanese classic that was executed brilliantly here. The fried rice was packed with delectable shrimp, and the traditional ketchup flavor was just right, blending seamlessly with the savory notes of the dish. The real magic, however, was the expertly folded sheet of egg enveloping the rice – a delicious combination that felt like a hug on a plate. Of course, the dollop of their famous demi glaze on the side added a touch of indulgence that we couldn't resist. All in all, our experience at this restaurant was a true pleasure, and we left with satisfied palates and full hearts. We'll definitely be looking forward to visiting again next time we pass through Hiroshima.

The two owners are very, very kind, and they made sure to accommodate my dietary restrictions (I have celiac disease, so I cannot eat anything with gluten). My omurice was utterly delicious! Would heartily recommend to everyone!

Beautiful taste ever what I had beef toung stew!! And also hamburg is great taste! You should try the restaurant and have a beautiful time in the restaurant. The atmosphere is good as well!
