100 % beef. Best Japanese hamburg I've had in a long time. No English on the menu.

The first thing that surprised me was the way the food was served on a griddle and you could adjust the degree of cooking by yourself using the solid fuel underneath. Cut into bite-sized pieces and place the cut end on the iron plate and enjoy hot while grilling. It was delicious when I dipped the meat juices on the bread and toasted the bread a little at the same time. The hamburger steak was soft and had some spices such as nutmeg, and I liked the taste so much that I could have it as is without the sauce. It was a hit with the whole family, and my kids even said they wanted to come here to eat a luxurious hamburger steak on their anniversary.

I asked for lunch. Is it a little expensive? However, since the volume is so large, I think it's a good idea. Even my grandmother, who is over 80 years old, said that the tender meat steak and hamburger were delicious. (It seems like there was a lot of it.) They brought it with Chukkaman so that I could grill it to my liking, rare, and light a fire under the griddle. Last time, the food came with the light on, so some of the people turned off the fire before it was cooked to their liking, but this time it was cooked well and was even more delicious and satisfying. I'm glad that they are committed to making the food delicious.
