Crab cream croquette is exquisite! ! The tomato sauce is sour and makes for an adult omelet rice. The egg is jiggly, but it's a little hard, and the fact that it doesn't contain fresh cream makes it irresistibly delicious.

A Western-style restaurant located a short distance from Route 21 in Usa, Gifu City There are only two parking lots in front of the store, but there is a parking lot between the national highway. I visited on Saturday at 11:30 (opening time), so it was the first time. A set (1,680 yen) of our prized omelet rice (tomato sauce) and shrimp cream croquette comes with soup, salad, dessert, and a drink. The rice is ketchup rice, and the egg is not the type that wraps around, but the type that puts the omelet on top of the rice (fluffy type). There are two crab cream croquettes, but they are small, so the volume is not that much.

I visited for dinner after a long time. Everything from salad to dessert was delicious. It was carefully made and a feast for the eyes. Of course, the taste is delicious and I am very satisfied. I think it's a hidden gem. The omelet rice is very delicious, but I personally like the hamburger steak as well.
