Gifu, Japan｜Decor

Probably ten years ago, when I went to see fireworks in Gifu, I found it on the way. It's authentic Italian, and there's Zuppa Inglese every time. Sometimes, when I went to see the fireworks, there were also years when I went to "Maubraccio" and "Piccolo Bosco" (currently closed), which I found on the way. After entering Gifu city, I made a phone call and visited. Because it's been 4 years since I've tasted fireworks together, my heart won't stop. When I entered the store, there was no Zuppa Inglese in the showcase that reminded me of those days (on the contrary, there was nothing Dolce), but the menu book said that it would have a Dolce plate depending on how much it was. I'm relieved. A moment before the fireworks, a dinner time while embracing nostalgia, it was a treat.

Came here for some pasta for lunch. I ordered a set of eggplant and mushroom bolognese, shrimp and potato mentaiko cream sauce, a drink and bread salad. The inside of the store was also beautiful, and the seats by the window were reserved seats. The salad is a white bowl with sunny lettuce, corn, carrots, and boiled eggs, and the colors are very beautiful. The bread that came next was hard and soft inside, and I wanted to eat a little more, so I ordered more. Additional bread was a good deal at 80 yen. Bolognese was a pasta that I wanted to eat with thin noodles. Mentaiko's small shrimp was also delicious with firm shrimp.

The pasta here is excellent. The vegetable salad that comes with the set is voluminous and fresh. It is a shop that makes you want to repeat.
