Ate here when i travelled to Gifu. Sat at the bar and there was a young man and woman working here. Not sure if they were a couple. They were baking focaccia in the kitchen and we asked what it was and they said it was for them but gave us some. It was delicious. It's worth eating here as a traveler for the atmosphere, and the food is good as well.
