Ogaki, Gifu, Japan｜MaCaroni

I sat at the counter for lunch. It was great to be able to see the food being skillfully prepared in the kitchen. The slightly bitter fukinotou pasta was especially delicious. The crispy fried fukinotou served as an accent, and it was my first taste of it. The fish seemed to have just been purchased, and it was simple and delicious! Dessert and coffee were also good. I had a good time (^^)

It's absolutely delicious. Especially the pasta is excellent.
